Use of the Foraging.co.uk website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of our website means that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions. You must not use this website if you disagree with any or all of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to the purchase of our products. Once a product has been purchased the customer will have entered into a binding contract on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Please read all the following information carefully before placing an order on Foraging.co.uk. We amend these terms and conditions from time to time so please check this page every time you wish to order our products.
You must be over 16 years old to purchase goods from our site. If you are under 16, you can only use our site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Agreement on the basis of these Terms & Conditions arise upon the fulfillment of all of an Order being placed. Wild Food UK reserves the right, in its absolute discretion and without the need to give reasons, to refuse to accept an order. In such circumstances no agreement arises and Wild Food UK will return any payment accompanying the order. The agreement is between Wild Food UK and the client(s) and is the sole agreement between those parties. No variation of these Terms & Conditions shall be applicable unless agreed in writing by Foraging.co.uk before the relevant order.

Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you hereby agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England for the resolution of any disputes.
Payment
VAT is included in the prices displayed on our website, where applicable.
PayPal is our secure online payment provider, this means that when you pay for an order on Foraging.co.uk your payment and your payment details are taken by PayPal. You can view PayPal’s Terms and Conditions here.
Your order is not complete until full payment (including postage and packaging charges) has been received. Under no circumstances will your order be dispatched without full payment.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order on Foraging.co.uk you will receive three emails, please retain them all.
- Order confirmation email – this confirms receipt of your order.
- Payment confirmation email – PayPal will send a confirmation email once your payment is complete.
- Order dispatch email – once we have finished processing your order and it has been shipped you will get an email confirming this.
If you don’t receive one, or all, of these emails please check your junk folder.
Delivery
Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are digital, this means that once you design and order your gift voucher, it will automatically be emailed to you. If you cannot find the gift voucher in your main inbox please check your junk folder.
Method and Times
Orders placed on weekdays will usually be dispatched the next working day, orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
At the checkout you will be given two delivery options:
- Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 48 hour. Using this method your goods should be delivered 3-5 working days after you place your order.
- Our premium delivery method is Royal Mail 24 hour. Using this method your goods should be delivered 2-3 working days after you place your order. There is a charge of £3.99 to all UK postcodes.
At busy times of the year such as Christmas and during severe weather your order may take longer to arrive.
Please note that your order may arrive separately in more than one parcel and be sent via another courier such as Hermes, this is particularly the case with larger orders.
Always place your order as early as possible especially if time is critical for delivery. If you need your order for a specific date, please call us and we will always help in any way we can.
International Shipping
We do not have an international shipping option on our website. If you wish to have our products delivered to an address outside of the UK please contact us via email or phone. We will let you know if we can deliver to your country, calculate shipping costs and give an estimate of delivery timescale. We will offer you the most cost-effective shipping method that we have access to, but please note that all shipping costs, local taxes and duties will be payable by you. We may also require additional information from you required for your order to pass through customs.
Incorrect Information
In the event that you provide us with incorrect delivery information and as a result your order does not arrive, you are liable for the cost of Wild Food UK resending your order.
If you realise that you have provided the incorrect information, please contact us immediately via phone or email. Leaving a voicemail is not sufficient.
If you contact us before your item is dispatched we may be able to correct the address.
Liability
Wild Food UK are not liable for the delivery of products after they have been dispatched, however the delivery service provider is liable for the delivery of your order. Foraging.co.uk will package your order sufficiently so as to avoid reasonable damage during transit. If your order has not arrived, or it has arrived in a damaged condition please contact us via phone or email.
Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Foraging.co.uk will make every effort to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged or is faulty, the customer must contact us via phone or email within 3 days of receipt of the product. We may also require photographic evidence of the damage or fault. You may need to return the product.
Where possible Foraging.co.uk will send a replacement product, if this is not possible we will issue a full refund.
Returns
Before returning a product you must contact us via phone or email and wait to receive a response.
All returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a return note in your parcel, this should state your full name, address and order number.

If the product is damaged or faulty, does not match the description on the website, or the incorrect item has been received Wild Food UK is liable and will therefore cover the cost of returning the item. You must be able to provide proof of postage and cost. Unless another delivery service has been agreed upon by Wild Food UK returns must be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. If another, more expensive, service has been used without approval by Wild Food UK, the customer is only eligible to receive a refund up to the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class. In some cases Wild Food UK will require that you omit the returns procedure by disposing of the damaged/faulty product yourself.
Wild Food UK makes sure that all products are true to size and match the size/dimensions listed on the Foraging.co.uk website, if the size varies the website will state this. If the reason for return is that the product(s) do not fit or are not the size that the customer expected, or the product(s) are simply no longer required then the customer is liable and must cover the cost of postage for the return.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to place the order. Customers may choose to receive a Wild Food UK voucher to the value of their order instead of a refund.
In the event that Wild Food UK cancels an order a full refund will be given.
Where Wild Food UK is liable for the return of an item and it is not possible for Wild Food UK to send a replacement, a full refund plus the cost of return postage (if applicable and subject to return policy) will be issued.
Where the customer is liable for the return and the item is returned in its original re-sellable condition, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the return by Wild Food UK.
Recall
In the unlikely event that a product must be recalled Wild Food UK will contact the customer and explain the circumstances. The full cost of the recalled product plus return postage will be refunded.
Liability
Once a product has been opened and/or used Wild Food UK accepts no liability of its condition as we cannot guarantee that it is in the same condition it was when it left us.
Wild Food UK accepts no liability for a product’s condition or any damage resulting from misuse of a product where the customer has not followed the provided guidelines and/or the product has been used for a purpose that one would not reasonably expect the product to be intended for.
Where a product has been manufactured by a third party and there is a manufacturers fault with the product, liability falls with the manufacturer.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately via email. Wild Food UK will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and deal with your complaint within 7 working days, where possible.
To the extent permitted by law Wild Food UK will not be liable for any claims initiated more than 28 days after delivery of your order.
All complaints will be dealt with fairly, efficiently and confidentially.
